Job Summary

Firstlook, a leading Direct Search company that specializes in acquiring, developing and optimizing niche web properties is seeking a Senior Manager, Domain Portfolio to join our growing Direct Navigation team.

The Senior Manager, Domain Portfolio reports directly to the GM of Direct Navigation and has responsibility for developing and optimizing Firstlook's domain portfolio. You will work closely with Firstlook Senior Management team to execute the domain acquisition process, including sourcing, portfolio valuation, and transaction negotiation. In addition, you will have operational responsibility for managing the domain registration, renewal and aftermarket sales process. This position is ideal for highly analytical professionals with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the domain acquisition process including sourcing, valuation and transaction negotiation.
• Manage the domain registration and renewal process
• Sell Firstlook's domain parking services to existing portfolio holders. Provide account management to existing parking clients.
• Manage any sales inquiries including qualification, valuation and transaction terms.
• Manage a team of 3-5 professionals.
• Develop business requirements for our domain purchasing and management technology platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in investment banking or management consulting
• Highly analytical, ability to develop valuation models
• Must be a self-starter and able to both work independently and follow direction
• Must be very detailed oriented, have good organizational skills and able to multi-task
• Bachelors degree in Business, Economics or Engineering. MBA a plus.
• Experience in the Internet Advertising a plus
